Our Wedding

We met working at Jackson Hole Mountain Resort in the winter of 2018. We both thought the other was cute, but Jordan refused to continue to talk to Troy unless he proved to be a good snowboarder. Luckily, he was. We had only been seeing each other for a couple of weeks until distance came between us, literal distance. Jordan left to hike alone on the Appalachian Trail for five weeks and Troy left to work for 6 months in Alaska. We talked on the phone and face timed almost every day. The foundation of our relationship was built around pure trust, talking, and knowing that the other was worth waiting for.After a long almost seven months of not seeing one another, we then immediately decided that going overseas was the best way to determine if this relationship would really work...so we went to Columbia for two weeks. Following our trip, we dove right back into a season of snowboarding together and through that sport we did and still do really bond.Troy introduced Jordan to an entire new world of adventure, the off-trail kind. Quickly, we found the love of antler "shed" hunting together. It quickly became one of our favorite pass-times, so much so, that Troy proposed while we were on an overnight shed hunting river trip.We spend as much time as we can on the river from spring to fall, and a lot of that time we hike around off trail in hopes to stumble upon an antler.Almost three years into our relationship we made the life-changing decision to bring our dog Huck into our lives. That little boy changed both of our lives for the best. Huck has given us an even stronger bond as a couple and has taught us the beauty of raising and loving something so dearly together as a team. And if you ask either of us, we have done a damn good job raising little Huck.Through all of our ups and downs in life or career, we both wake up choosing the other every day because we love each other. We have found our life-long adventure partner.We are truly blessed to have the family and friends that have made each of us the individuals we are today and have been a part of our story.

We are asking all family members that can arrive for your stay a day early to join us for a family only meet and greet dinner at the venue on Friday, July 31st. We plan to have a home cooked steak dinner and have a quiet evening that will allow our families to talk and get to know each other more personally. Please RSVP

Family Only Dinner Friday Night

Friends &amp; Family! If you wish to be set up with a tee time at a nearby golf course, please reach out to Jordan directly. We will try to pair any golfers in groups of four and book the tee times early Saturday morning the day of the wedding.

Golf the Morning of the Wedding

Friends &amp; Family! There is a nearby trailhead to the wedding venue, but it requires a four-wheel drive vehicle to access. We would like to pair everyone interested in a hike together so they may get to the trailhead safely and can enjoy the company of new friends/family. Skill-level for this hike is moderately strenuous. Recommended 8 to 9 AM start.

Hiking the morning of the wedding

If a round of golf or a hike doesn't suit you, there are a few lovely walking options to take right from the venue property. If you stick around long enough, Jordan will put you to work decorating for the wedding!

Walk the Property

The walk down the aisle will take place at 4-ishPM on Saturday Aug. 1, 2026. Photos and a cocktail hour will immediately follow.Dinner will be served around 6:30.This is a very laid-back wedding.

The wedding

We are inviting everyone who attends the wedding to join us the next day (Sunday) for a float down the Salt River. The river is VERY mellow and safe for all ages. If you are able to bring your own paddleboards or kayaks, please do. If you are in need of a watercraft please contact Jordan directly so we can ensure you will be accommodated to join us!Start time 11 AM Sunday, Aug. 2.

Float the River the next day

We have the venue booked for Sunday night as well, so if you do not want to leave after our group float, you don't have to! This gives anyone who could not arrive early Saturday morning, more time to hike or explore the area further.
